The pivot arm service includes the removal of axles. Once removed, services include cleaning of pivot, drilling and tapping existing factory grease zerk holes, adding two additional grease zerks to the sleeve area, adding grease channels into the shaft, anti-seizing shaft, sleeve, and grease.
This service includes replacing the old pivot pin system with a new greaseless or greased system, rebuilding the axles and aligning the wheelhouse, and reinforcing the pivot pin. Any other reinforcements due to rust are diagnosed and reinforced at the time of service and charged at an hourly rate.

Axle correction and alignment includes toe measurement and adjustment, camber measurement and adjustment, and wheel bearing end play check. This service does not include the removal of the hub or bearing adjustment.
